From our Home page:
• Click on the My Account button
• Select the Create New Account button and complete the information requested.
• Complete all fields with “ * ” . If you do not complete these sections, you will not progress to the next stage.
• Select button at base of page “Create New Account”
• You will then see your Personal Information page.
After you complete the Account Sign up, we will send you an email to the address you provided, this confirms your Username and Password for www.fastautosales.com.au. From the email, you have various links available to you for editing your account.
• Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter.
• Check that you’ve entered the correct email address in your www.fastautosales.com.au account.
• Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (internet service provider).

• Enter your Email Address (the same one that you entered when setting up your account)
• Press “Email New Password” option.
• A new password will be sent to your email address.
• Click on the long link in the email (normally it is underlined)
• The www.fastautosales.com.au “Reset Password” page will appear, press the “Log In” Button.
• Type in your new Password, re-type your new Password in the “Confirm Password” box.
• Press the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
• Your password has now been updated. Please keep this in a safe location to refer to at a later date.

If you’ve used the Username or Email Address that you registered with us and have entered your valid Password and can’t access your account, please try resetting your password.

Log into your account by selecting the "MY ACCOUNT" button at the top of the page;
• Enter your Username or E-Mail Address and Password then press the “LOG IN” button, ;
• Select the “Manage My Ads” tab
• Click on the advertisement you wish to modify
• Select the “Edit” tab.
Once you are finished editing your advert, tick the box at the bottom of the page alongside the line "I agree to the Terms & Conditions set by FastAutoSales Pty Ltd."
Press the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom off the page. Your advertisement has now been modified.

www.fastautosales.com.au can accept digital photos in the following formats: JPEG / JPG, PNG, GIF. High resolution photographs will take longer for you to upload, but this depends on your Internet connection speed. The recommended dimensions for advertisement photographs is at least 640x480. This will ensure that your ad looks as good as possible.
www.fastautosales.com.au will allow up to 15 photographs on our “Photo Advert” package. This is subject to review from time to time and should be checked when placing your advertisements.

www.fastautosales.com.au can accept video files in the following formats: AVI, MPEG / MPG, MOV, RM, SWF, FLV, 3GP, MP4. We respectfully ask that your video file sizes are submitted at a resolution suitable for viewing on a computer. Excessively high resolution videos will take longer for you to upload, will slow down the performance for prospective purchasers and may cause them to stop looking at your advertisement.
www.fastautosales.com.au will allow 1 video and 15 photographs on our “Video Advert” package. This is subject to review from time to time and should be checked when placing your advertisements.

If you are unable to find your make and model of car, please check whether your car was actually a sports or performance car when it was released from the factory. If yours was a standard car when released and you have modified it, you should list it under the Make of your car. eg. Hyundai Excel Turbo, you should select Make "Hyundai", Model "Other" and Induction "Turbo".

If you are looking to purchase a make or model of car and we don't have it listed, please let us know at contact@fastautosales.com.au
If you want to remove your advertisement from www.fastautosales.com.au please follow the procedures noted below. Please note in such situations the fees initially paid by you to place your advertisement(s) is/are not refundable.
From our Home page:
• Click on the “My Account” button
• Select the “Log In” option
• Enter your “Username” or “Email address”
• Enter your “Password”
• Press the “Log In” box.
• Click on the “My Ads” button
• Click on the advertisement that you want to remove.
• Click on the selection “Remove Advert”
• You are then presented with two buttons “Remove Advert” or “Cancel”. “Remove Advert” will take your advertisement off the website, if you select “Cancel” your advertisement will continue to be shown on the website. If you wish to relist this advertisement at a later time, you will be required to re-create the advertisement and pay all associated relisting fees.

You can report any advertisement that you believe is offensive or illegal by:
• Clicking on the “Report this page” link on the page of the advertised vehicle.
• You will go be presented with the page “Are you sure you want to flag the Advert”
• Type in your “Name”, “Email Address” and “Reason”. The “reason” should be a clear and concise detailing the reasons you believe the advertisement should be removed.
• If you wish to proceed, you then select the “Flag” button.
• You will be forwarded to a page titled “The items was flagged for the Administrator”
The www.fastautosales.com.au Administrator will review any such flagged items and will modify, remove or contact the seller of the item if we deem the advertisement to be inappropriate in any way. Under no circumstances should you understand that your “Flagging” of an item to result in the removal of the advertisement. The Administrator will make the ultimate decision as to the resulting actions following your advice. Your identity will not be disclosed to the Advertiser of the item.

FastAutoSales Pty Ltd will provide refunds in some cases. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions link at the bottom of all pages on the website. Please refer to section 11 of our Terms & Conditions.

From time to time, FastAutoSales offers discount coupons or free advertising. If you have a discount coupon, to redeem it please follow these steps:
• Go to the “Free Ad Coupon” box on our home page.
• Click on the “Redeem Your Coupon” link.
• Choose your Advertisement Style either “Video” or “Photo” Advert.
• Create a New Account or Log In with your Username and Password (if you have used us before)
• Enter your “Coupon Number”
• Press the “Activate Coupon” button
• Press “Review Order”
• Press “Submit Order”
• Enter your Car details, upload your images and/or video, agree to the Terms and Conditions set by FastAutoSales Pty Ltd and press “Submit” to place your ad on the www.fastautosales.com.au site.
